Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its journey. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery generally 2–6 business days for Standard and 1–3 for Express.

We process orders quickly, so once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed or cancelled. If you need to make a change, email us at help@hartcabin.com as soon as possible and we'll help if we can.

Leather, vinyl, alcantara, and interior trim. It can also be used on screens, glass, and dashboards — just apply it to the cloth first and wipe, rather than spraying directly onto those surfaces.

Mist onto a clean microfibre cloth, wipe evenly across the surface, then buff to a soft finish. Avoid spraying directly onto screens or open vents.

Because Solace No.1 is a scented liquid, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on unopened bottles within 30 days. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll always make it right.
